CBSA 2026 Goals:

1. Fundraising: Secure $2,500 to support purchase of baseball/softball combo pitching machine & player development resources
2. Budget: Establishment of clear, accurate annual budget that reflects known recurring costs as well as estimates for variable expenses
3.  Membership Engagement: Strengthen member volunteerism and support for core programs
4. Scholastic Partnership: Rebuild and strengthen meaningful connections with school baseball and softball programs

2025 Goals:

3. Add Code of Conduct to the registration process for parents as well as coaches to sign (Goal accomplished)

2024 Goals: 
1. Complete an update to our by-laws (Goal accomplished) 
2. Participate in the Little League Home Run Derby competition (Goal accomplished) 
3. Hold an umpire training session (Goal accomplished) 
4. Add new fencing to field 2 at Burton St. on both dugouts to improve safety of field (Goal pending completion) 
5. Communicate to community changes about coed coach pitch (Goal accomplished) 

2023 Goals: 
1. Sponsorship: Gain sponsorship for all 3 fields (Goal accomplished) 
2. Clinics: Hold pitching clinics for baseball and softball (Goal accomplished) 
3. Equipment: Obtain batting cages for Burton Street & Vets Field (Goal accomplished) 
4. Concessions: Increase the number of games concessions are sold at (Goal accomplished) 
5. Field Quality: Work with the village to improve drainage and walkways at Burton Street (Goal accomplished)  
6. Community: Host a 2nd annual Community Day (Goal accomplished) 

2022 Goals: 
1. Purchase nail drag and tractor to maintain fields and recruit volunteers to assist with field maintenance throughput the season. (Goal accomplished) 
2. Hold a round robin tournament and championship at the end of the season for AAA and Majors baseball.  (Goal accomplished) 
3. Hold a preseason coaches meeting to provide information on coaching requirements, season rules, expectations and handout equipment.  (Goal accomplished) 
4. Hold a preseason roll out day to provide families with all the necessary information for the season, pick up uniforms and turn in medical release forms.  (Goal accomplished) 
5. Hold a community day celebration with games, raffles, food and a player parade.  (Goal accomplished) 
6. Have softball games at Burton St. on the new and improved Field 2.  (Goal accomplished)
