We are getting ready for our leagues largest fundraiser of the year - the Haunted Barn for Little Monsters at the Critz Farms Fall Harvest Celebration!  This fundraiser helps us reduce the per child cost for the season.  Any help is greatly appreciated! 

We need volunteers to man the door, ensure decorations stay where they belong and collect donations.  It is easy and fun!  The barn is for "little monsters" so is filled with friendly characters and fun decorations.  The Fall Harvest Festival takes place Saturdays and Sundays from September 28-October 27 (as well as Monday 10/14 - Columbus Day).  You can sign up for an AM or PM shift, each is approximately 3 hours.  All volunteers get admission to the festival (just tell the attendant you are volunteering at the haunted barn) and high school students can earn volunteer hours.

The AM shift will open the barn, set up the canopy, table and chairs outside, and turn on the blow up decorations and music.  Place the cauldron/donation bucket on the table and watch the little ones go through the barn.  The barn is free but donations are accepted. Throughout your shift, please walk through the barn to make sure decorations are still in order and watch the donation bucket.

The PM shift has the same duties.  You will also turn off all power strips and blow up decorations and music, stow away the canopy, table, chairs and sign at the end of the day.  A board member will come down at the end of each day to collect the donations.
